Ordinances for Introduction:

 

  1. Council to introduce Ordinance 24-2019 authorizing the transfer of title to property identified as the Breda Head Start Center to Save the Children, and to authorize the Parish President to execute the Bill of Sale and any other documents required to effect the sale, as approved by the Office of the District Attorney.

 

  1. Council to introduce Ordinance 25-2019 approving a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Parish of Natchitoches and Save the Children for the purpose of leasing Parish property at 700 Trudeau Street, Natchitoches, Louisiana, to Save the Children to be used as its Head Start program, upon approval of the Office of the District Attorney.

Council to consider adopting Ordinance 19-2019 authorizing the acceptance by the Parish of a donation by Total Environmental Systems, Inc. of the Payne Sewer System to the Parish and authorizing the Parish President to execute all documents in connection therewith, upon the advice of the District Attorney.

 

     Resolutions:

 

  1. A.  Council to consider adoption of Resolution 045-2019 authorizing Ms. Sharon Harris, Executive Director of the Office of Community Services, to execute all required documents in connection with the continuation of the LIHEAP energy assistance program in Natchitoches Parish.

  1. Council consider changing January meeting date to January 27, 2019.

 

  1. Council consider changing February meeting date to February 24, 2019

 

  1. Council to consider approving the CEA for Veterans Affairs joint funding.
